However, for off-line study, or to pass on to those who do not have a connection to the web, I maintain a version that may be printed in booklet form. It is somewhat abbreviated. Some of our guests contributions, some decorations are not included... but I feel it has all the essential information. It's still 12 or 14 pages, as printed from your browser.
